I wish I could add a 6 star to this review. Little background, I bought my house in the middle of 2021, we went to 20+ listings do to how crazy the market was during that time. Each listing I probably asked the same questions 2-3 times which was professionally answered every single time. He was never late to a listing actually was opening the front door every time. He walked me through the process before our first listing when taking the first-time homebuyers course which the knowledge was easily digestible. Every house showing he explained small features of the house, such as different flooring types you may want to look for, agriculture in the back yard for example, and even keywords etc in the listing itself. Greg was determined to get me into a house which fit mostly what I was looking for (I still live in the same house today and love it). Very professional, knows his stuff, and just an awesome person I even call a good friend to this day. I even recommended him to a few of my friends whom also bought a house through him with the same experience.
